The patented Pyronix range can give you the peace of mind that your house is safe and secure.
We are confident our wired, wireless and hybrid options will give you the set up you need.
If living in a building without a pre-existing alarm system, then wireless could be the answer. Ideal for retrofitting with minimum disturbance to the property. No wires means no fuss - so there is no need to take up any carpets or floorboards.
To ensure you’re covered we recommend fitting a PIR motion detector in each room of the ground floor. This should include the living room, dining room and kitchen areas.
Our range of
KX detectors would perfectly suit such an installation, such as the KX12DQ wireless option or should you have pets, the KX10DTP 10m digital dual-technology PIR and microwave pet immune detector that offers pet immunity to a 24kg animal, alternatively we also have the
MEQ Blue detector.
On wireless fits a
MC1 Mini-WE door contact should be fitted on all main exits.
Should you have a garage we would also suggest fitting contacts on the garage door as well as fitting a dual-tech detector so as to minimise false alarms, as it is likely to be drafty.
If your property has a conservatory, again we suggest fitting a dual-tech detector, as it is a harsher environment than your main living areas and could be prone to false alarms, as well as contacts on things like French windows and patio doors.
You should also have a minimum of one
Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector situated near to the main occupied area (usually the living room) and a
smoke detector just outside the kitchen or main living area, but not too close to the kitchen so as to avoid false alarms.
Upstairs you should have one movement detector on the landing. As a general rule there is no easy access upstairs, so one detector on the landing as, should an intruder break into a bedroom, as soon as they exit to the landing they would be detected.
There should also be another Smoke detector and a CO detector close to the bedrooms too.
If the property has any flat roofs or easy access then either vibration detectors (
MC1SHOCK-WE (wireless only)) on the windows or a movement detector in the room is necessary. Often, the vibration detector is the better choice as this can be active while you’re in bed, without setting off a false alarm.
Acting as an external visual and audible deterrent you should have at least one sounder positioned. Either the
Deltabell or
Invincibell range would be ideal for wired, wireless or hybrid systems.
All of this can be connected using our
Euro Mini Prox (wired or hybrid utilising the
UR2-WE),
Euro 46 (hybrid utilising the
Euro ZEM 32-WE) or
Enforcer (wireless) control panels. For small dwellings and properties the Euro Mini Prox is more than capable, but for wireless options the Enforcer is the ideal option.
Within our home solutions range, we offer a number of control panels and devices to suit any installation.
Whether the house has just been decorated and needs an unobtrusive wireless installation, or it is going through first fix and can have a hybrid system installed easily, it is simple and easy to add our systems to your property and start to give you the peace of mind you need.
Our scalable solutions mean that we can be confident that we have the solution for you. Our wide range of detectors and sensors have been designed with multiple applications in mind. So whether you have a pet, a long corridor, or doors and windows to secure; our systems can cater for it.
We also offer a number of life safety devices which can be added to your security system. These include carbon monoxide sensors, smoke sensors, and water leak sensors.
Should you also have the requirement for a hold-up or panic button, then we also supply this to protect you and your family.
Our wide range of external sirens also offer an instant visual deterrent to an potential intruder. Research suggests that intruders typically target properties which don't have external signs of intrusion systems, so this can be the perfect way to ward off potential intruders.
Not only that, but all this can be connected and accessed from anywhere in the world using the HomeControl+ App, a simple and convenient way to access your property and check the system status from anywhere in the world.
