Introducing your new Account Manager for the North of England, Richard Lockwood

We are delighted to introduce Richard as the new Account Manager for the North of England.

Richard has been with Pyronix for over 13 years and brings a wealth of experience and product knowledge to the role. Richard has worked in various positions during his time with Pyronix, from a Technical Support Engineer, a Customer Support Engineer and a Design and Technical Author, to an Industrial Designer and most recently a CAD Engineer.

“I’m very excited and very much looking forward to this new challenge,” Richard said.

“I’m already familiar with working within customer support and see this as a fantastic opportunity to enhance established relationships and develop new ones.

“I bring a lot of product knowledge with me to the M62 area and I’m familiar with exhibitions and shows – I can’t wait to get stuck in.”

Richard’s appointment comes as Mark Blackledge retires. Mark has been a valuable member of the Pyronix family since he joined the company and we would like to thank him for all his hard work, dedication and passion for Pyronix during his time with us.

“I would like to thank all my customers for their business and support over the last 8 years,” Mark said.

“It has been appreciated and most of you have become more like friends than customers.

“I hand you over to Richard, who I feel sure will give you all the support and back up you need.”

Mark is one of the family and we know he has formed close working relationships and friendships across the business and his area.

Mark has officially handed over to Richard and plans to jet off to Spain to deservedly enjoy the sun.
